Transformational Leadership dan Innovative Work Behavior: Systematic Literature Review Variabel Mediasi dan Moderasi
Abstract
Sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa organisasi yang ingin beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan ekonomi memerlukan inovasi dan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dan untuk memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel-variabel mediasi dan moderasi pada hubungan antara transformational leadership terhadap innovative work behavior dan juga melihat kemungkinan pengembangan penelitian di masa depan. Berdasarkan systematic literature review, peneliti melakukan konten analisis terhadap 29 jurnal dari database Scopus yang dipublikasikan mulai tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menemukan 26 variabel mediasi dan 10 variabel moderasi pada pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative work behavior. Dapat diterapkannya variabel mediasi dan moderasi pada pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative work behavior pada berbagai jenis organisasi sehingga diharapkan dapat semakin menumbuhkan innovative work behavior para karyawan atau para anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini spesifik mensintesa berbagai artikel jurnal untuk melihat variabel mediasi dan moderasi pada pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative work behavior.
