Telerehabilitasi pada Penderita Sindroma Paska Covid-19

Abstract

Para penyintas COVID-19 dapat mengalami gejala sisa COVID-19 yang dikenal sebagai Sindroma Paska COVID-19. Namun, kondisi pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia menjadi salah satu kendala bagi mereka untuk berobat ke rumah sakit, sehingga dibutuhkan solusi untuk permasalahan ini, salah satunya dengan program Telerehabilitasi. Artikel ini bertujuan sebagai pembelajaran dan pengembangan program Telerehabilitasi untuk kasus Sindroma Paska COVID-19 di Indonesia. Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review (and Meta-Analyses)/PRIS(MA). Literatur dicari melalui Pubmed, Proquest, dan Google Scholar, serta terbatas sejak tahun 2019 sampai 2021. Ditemukan 6 artikel yang kemudian dianalisis, terdiri dari 2 studi serial kasus, 1 studi laporan kasus, 1 Randomized Clinical Trial/RCT, dan 2 literatur abu-abu. Pada beberapa negara, Telerehabilitasi telah terbukti dapat menjadi solusi untuk penanganan kasus Sindroma Paska COVID-19.
