Pengaruh Talent Management terhadap Organizational Commitment Dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement dan Pay Satisfaction
Abstract
Komitmen organisasi merupakan tindakan yang mencerminkan kesetiaan pegawai pada kesuksesan atau kemajuan berkesinambungan sesuai dengan visi, misi organisasi, nilai dan tujuan organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh talent management terhadap komitmen organisasi dimediasi oleh employee engagement dan pay satisfaction. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan di industri manufaktur dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 250 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengolahan data menggunakan smart PLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa talent management berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitmen dan talent management berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitmen dimediasi oleh employee engagement dan pay satisfaction.
