Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan unsur penting dalam pembangunan manusia, WHO mendefinisikan bahwa manusia yang berdaya, mampu mengatasi tekanan dalam hidupnya, dan mampu berkontribusi dalam komunitas nya merupakan ciri dari manusia yang sehat secara mental. Namun permasalahan mengenai pemerataan layanan kesehatan mental, aksesibilitas terhadap layanan kesehatan mental, dan biaya layanan kesehatan mental masih menjadi permasalahan. Melalui pendirian CV. Berbagi Cerita Indonesia berusaha menyediakan layanan konseling gratis dan melakukan psikoedukasi melalui media sosial. Dalam penelitian ini disajikan data pengguna layanan konseling per tahun dan data interaksi followers media sosial CV. Berbagi Cerita Indonesia. Peneliti berharap agar program semacam ini dapat dilakukan secara rutin dan menjangkau lebih banyak pengguna sehingga lebih banyak lagi masyarakat yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan mental dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat luas mengenai kesehatan mental.
