Peran Komunikasi Dalam Suksesi Perusahaan Keluarga

Abstract

Bisnis keluarga, mewakili 80% dari struktur bisnis global, namun tingkat keberhasilan suksesi transgenerasinya rendah sehingga berimbas pada ancaman keberlangsungan perusahaan keluarga. Pekerja non keluarga disinyalir dapat membantu keberhasilan suksesi dalam perusahaan keluarga, namun masuknya mereka juga dihadapkan pada tantangan komunikasi dengan keluarga, hingga membutuhkan proses keselarasan komunikasi. Dalam prosesnya, suksesi juga dihadapkan pada tantangan komunikasi lintas generasi antara generasi petahana dengan kandidat generasi penerus.
