Kekuasaan Pendisiplinan: Fantasi Donald Trump dan Xi Jinping

Abstract

Kekuasaan adalah fantasi. Efek dari kekuasaan adalah pengetahuan dan efek pengetahuan adalah kekuasaan. Fantasi kekuasaan Amerika Serikat di bawah Donald Trump dan Cina di bawah Xi Jinping menjadi sesuatu yang menarik untuk diteliti. Ia akan ditelusuri dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kekuasaan yang digagas oleh Michel Foucault. Melalui pembacaan ganda, strategi tekstual, dan dekonstruksi, dapat digali dan ditemukan bahwa fantasi kekuasaan global dibawah Trump berbentuk simulacra kekuasaan yang berkontribusi pada hegemon global AS. Sedangkan fantasi kekuasaan global dibawah Xi Jinping berbentuk diskursus statolatri kawasan yang bertujuan pada pembangunan damai melalui belt and road initiative. Diskursus ini berdampak pada kekuasaan pendisiplinan tubuh kawasan.
