Evaluasi dan Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Usaha Kopi Dengan Pendekatan Tripple Layered Bussiness Model Canvas (TLBMC)
Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran umum perusahaan Java Frinsa Estate (2) merumuskan strategi menggunakan SWOT analysis , (3) membuat usulan pengembangan model bisnis menggunakan tripple layer bussiness model canvas. Jenis penelitan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data primer berasal dari hasil observasi dan informan dengan para pemangku kepentingan di Java Frinsa Estate. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai literatur dan hasil penelitian terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan ada di posisi kuadran I yang mana progressive untuk melakukan pengembangan usaha. Hasil dari Tripple layer bussiness model canvas yakni menciptakan pengembangan model bisnis wisata berbasis edukasi mengacu kedalam enviroment dan social layer.
