Kunjungan Pasien Instalasi Gawat Darurat Pasca Pandemi COVID-19: Studi Kasus Rumah Sakit Premier Surabaya

Abstract

Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan garis terdepan dan sekaligus pintu masuk mendapat layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Selama pandemi Covid-19, kunjungan pasien ke IGD meningkat. Setelah kasus Covid-19 mereda dan WHO telah mencabut kondisi darurat pandemi di seluruh dunia (WHO, 2023), menarik untuk diamati tentang karakteristik kunjungan pasien ke IGD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik, membandingkan karakteristik kunjungan IGD di Rumah Sakit Premier Surabaya di bulan Febuari 2022 (puncak penyebaran Omicron) dan Febuari 2023 sebagai pembanding. Ditemukan ada perbedaan pola jam kedatangan, umur dan metode pembayaran pasien IGD.
