Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesediaan pasien pasca laringectomy untuk bergabung dalam Perkumpulan Wicara Esofagus Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien (65,4%) tidak bergabung dengan PWEI. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan pasien dalam PWEI adalah terapi wicara dan peran PWEI. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya perluasan cakupan PWEI untuk menarik lebih banyak pasien pasca laringectomy, serta pentingnya integrasi data dengan fasilitas kesehatan untuk memudahkan pemantauan dan evaluasi pasien.
