Meningkatkan Upaya Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis Melalui Penguatan Strategi Berbasis Komunitas: Tinjauan Sistematis

Abstract

Manajemen penanggulangan TB berbasis komunitas memiliki dampak positif terhadap capaian program penanggulangan TB. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) telah menyusun kerangka strategi terkait peningkatan peran serta komunitas dan masyarakat dalam upaya penanggulangan TB yang diharapkan dapat diterapkan dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi unik tiap kelompok masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bukti mengenai beragam intervensi manajemen penanggulangan TB berbasis komunitas. Penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis menggunakan database ProQuest, Embase dan PubMed untuk menemukan artikel yang berkaitan dan diterbitkan dalam rentang lima tahun terakhir. Model PRISMA digunakan untuk menyaring judul dan abstrak, sehingga dari 198 total artikel yang ditemukan, didapatkan 13 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Kegiatan atau program penanggulangan TB yang melibatkan komunitas dan masyarakat secara langsung akan meningkatkan angka capaian program penanggulangan TB dari tahap pencegahan sampai hasil akhir pengobatan. Kesimpulannya, pemerintah perlu merancang strategi penanggulangan TB berbasis komunitas yang efektif dan komprehensif agar masyarakat dapat ikut berperan aktif dalam upaya penanggulangan TB dan mendapatkan hasil yang berkelanjutan.
