Tantangan Bagi Dokter Atas Ketidakjujuran Pasien dalam Memberikan Keterangan Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Perkembangan penularan virus COVID-19 saat ini relatif signifikan lantaran penyebarannya telah mendunia & semua negara merasakan dampaknya termasuk Indonesia. Berbagai upaya dilakukan pemerintah buat memutus penyebaran COVID-19, salah satunya merupakan dengan penerapan physical distancing/social distancing dan menjaga kesehatan. Kerjasama yang baik juga harus dilakukan antara dokter dengan pasien di masa pandemi COVID-19 pada saat pasien memberikan keterangan atau informasi tentang dirinya harus dilakukan secara jujur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari ketidakjujuran pasien kepada dokter. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan tema yang dikaji. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka untuk menemukan bahan hukum sekunder yang relevan dengan Pendekatan deskriptif preskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum ada sanksi tegas kepada pasien yang tidak jujur ketika ketidakjujuran pasien tersebut dapat berdampak merugikan tenaga medis dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Sehingga diperlukan dibuat sebuah peraturan dan kebijakan terkait dari ketidakjujuran pasien, sebab dampak dari ketidakjujuran pasien di masa pandemi COVID-19 dapat menularkan bagi Tenaga medis dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya yang bisa menyebabkan kematian.
