Abstract

Store manager memiliki peran yang penting terhadap perkembangan gerai ritel sehingga diperlukan instrumen yang dapat mendorong mereka untuk mengeluarkan upaya terbaik. Salah satu faktor pendorong ini adalah kepuasan kerja. Studi literatur ini untuk memberikan gambaran pandangan peneliti terkait faktor-faktor yang membentuk kepuasan kerja di kalangan store manager. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi kontradiksi antara penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dibandingkan dengan penelitian terkini. Sehingga dimaklumi jika saat ini sulit bagi praktisi untuk menentukan faktor yang benar-benar berpengaruh pada pembentukan kepuasan kerja store manager tersebut.
