Peningkatan Strategis Branchless Banking: Analisis PESTEL-SWOT Inklusi Keuangan di Era Digital Indonesia
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi peningkatan peran Bank BNI sebagai model perbankan nircabang dalam mendukung inklusi keuangan di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh urgensi transformasi digital perbankan dan tantangan ketimpangan akses keuangan di wilayah 3T (terdepan, terluar, tertinggal). Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor eksternal dan internal yang memengaruhi efektivitas operasional menggunakan kerangka PESTEL-SWOT, serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategis untuk optimalisasi layanan branchless banking. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan analisis PESTEL untuk faktor eksternal dan SWOT untuk evaluasi internal, didukung penilaian lima pakar melalui skala Likert dan triangulasi data sekunder dari laporan keuangan, publikasi pemerintah, dan basis data akademik periode 2021-2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dimensi ekonomi (3.6), legal (3.6), dan teknologi (3.2) merupakan enabler strategis, sementara aspek lingkungan (2.8) dan politik (3.0) memerlukan mitigasi sistemik. Dari sisi kekuatan internal, memiliki jangkauan luas dengan 221.000 agen, dukungan institusional BNI, dan kontribusi terhadap feebased income sebesar Rp 75 miliar pada 2025, namun menghadapi kelemahan distribusi geografis timpang dan keterbatasan infrastruktur digital. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berperan sebagai katalis inklusi keuangan yang memerlukan strategi perluasan ke wilayah 3T, penguatan literasi digital masyarakat, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor berbasis komunitas untuk mencapai transformasi digital perbankan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.
