Analisis Efektivitas Logistic Regression dalam Identifikasi Serangan DDoS pada Jaringan IoT Berbasis Dataset IoT-DIAD2024

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas Logistic Regression dalam mendeteksi serangan Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) pada jaringan Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan dataset IoT-DIAD2024. Dataset ini menggabungkan tiga jenis serangan (HTTP Flood, TCP Flood, dan UDP Flood) dari file CSV terpisah, dengan fitur seperti inter_arrival_time, jitter, dan User Agent. Dua model dikembangkan: Model 1 untuk memprediksi jenis serangan, dan Model 2 untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat keparahan (High, Medium, Low). Pipeline prapemrosesan meliputi SimpleImputer untuk menangani nilai hilang dan StandardScaler untuk normalisasi fitur. Kedua model mencapai akurasi 0,99, dengan matriks konfusi menunjukkan kesalahan minimal, seperti 162 prediksi HTTP Flood sebagai UDP Flood. Ketiadaan data normal dalam dataset dapat menyebabkan bias, sehingga integrasi data normal direkomendasikan untuk validasi lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini mendukung pengembangan sistem keamanan IoT yang lebih robust dan memenuhi tugas akademik Jalur Penelitian Semester 6 di Universitas Nusa Putra pada Juli 2025.
