Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Penggunaan Teknologi, dan Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP N Se-Kecamatan Tanjungpinang Timur
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kinerja guru sebagai ujung tombak peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Fokus penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah, penggunaan teknologi, dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanjungpinang Timur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 168 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 118 orang yang diambil secara proportional random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara parsial, budaya sekolah terbukti sebagai variabel dengan pengaruh paling dominan, diikuti oleh penggunaan teknologi, dan kemudian pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya upaya sistematis dari pihak sekolah untuk memperkuat budaya organisasi yang positif, mendorong integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan melaksanakan supervisi akademik yang berkelanjutan guna mengoptimalkan kinerja para pendidik.
