Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Adopsi E-Wallet pada Baby Boomers: Perspektif Extended Technology Acceptance Model
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi e-wallet pada generasi Baby Boomers di Indonesia dengan menggunakan perspektif Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang diperluas. Penelitian berfokus pada pengaruh social influence dan perceived compatibility sebagai variabel eksternal terhadap perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use, serta dampaknya pada attitude toward using dan behavioral intention. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 290 responden Baby Boomers yang familiar dengan aplikasi e-wallet utama di Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin dengan 30 item pernyataan yang mewakili enam konstruk penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Model pengukuran dievaluasi melalui uji validitas konvergen, validitas diskriminan, dan reliabilitas, sedangkan model struktural diuji menggunakan analisis R-square, effect size, dan pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model penerimaan teknologi dan kontribusi praktis bagi penyedia layanan e-wallet dalam mengembangkan strategi yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan adopsi e-wallet pada generasi Baby Boomers.
