Profil Pasien Hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Jantung Hasna Medika Cirebon
Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kardiovaskular yang paling banyak terjadi di dunia dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat karena berhubungan dengan peningkatan risiko penyakit jantung koroner, stroke, gagal jantung, dan penyakit ginjal. Peningkatan prevalensi hipertensi, khususnya di negara berkembang, menunjukkan pentingnya pemahaman mengenai karakteristik pasien untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pasien hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Jantung Hasna Medika Cirebon. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien hipertensi rawat jalan periode Januari–Maret 2023 dengan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh 906 data pasien. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekam medis dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien mengalami hipertensi derajat 1 (58,3%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (72,1%), dan berada pada kelompok lanjut usia ≥60 tahun (47,8%). Jenis obat antihipertensi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah beta bloker kardioselektif (75,2%) dengan terapi kombinasi dua obat sebagai regimen terbanyak (32,8%). Penyakit jantung koroner menjadi komorbiditas yang paling sering ditemukan (54,7%). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Jantung Hasna Medika Cirebon didominasi perempuan lanjut usia dengan hipertensi derajat 1 dan komorbiditas kardiovaskular sehingga memerlukan penatalaksanaan hipertensi yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan.
